The 90-minute daily sessions include a combination of:

  • Soothing Yoga sequences to open the body and regulate the nervous system

  • Pranayama (breathwork) to ground the mind and release mental fog

  • Sound healing with singing bowls and vibrational tools for deep emotional release

  • Guided meditation to reduce overthinking, anxiety, and inner chaos

  • Optional aromatherapy and reflective journaling to support clarity and integration
