Guided by experienced instructors at Aarogya Sound Healing and Yogalaya, this class is ideal for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Held every morning from Sunday to Friday, each 60-minute session blends yogic movement, breathwork, and meditation, creating a space for both physical transformation and inner stillness. The focus is on aligning the seven chakras—the body’s vital energy centers—through intentional poses, mindful breathing, and awareness-building practices.

You’ll explore a variety of yoga styles throughout the week, including Vinyasa for energy flow, Hatha for grounding, and gentle sequences for restoration. The practice is enhanced with optional elements such as aromatherapy and soft sound vibrations, making each session a full sensory experience.
